Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with related electrical field experience.
• Hazard response knowledge and construction/maintenance practices preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of electric transmission/ distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in complex transmission and distribution tasks.
• Direct line work, installations, transfers, and fault location on distribution circuits.
• Ensure safety and adherence to procedures and standards.
• Coordinate equipment, tools, and materials for projects and emergencies.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Support customer service and inter-department coordination.
