Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching team members, driving safety programs, and coordinating with other departments to meet schedules and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with related experience.
• Advanced knowledge in transmission and distribution operations and safety.
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise employees in construction, maintenance, repair, testing and operation of electric transmission and distribution systems.
• Promote safety awareness and accountability among the team.
• Monitor activities and enforce established work practices and safety standards.
• Train employees in procedures, safe practices, and labor agreement terms.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and supplies; align with work plans and schedules.
• Lead cross-department coordination to meet construction timelines and budgets.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback throughout the year.
• Respond to emergency conditions to support public safety and system reliability.
