Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 5–7 years in electrical field.
• Advanced knowledge of transmission and distribution systems.
• Ability to read, alter, and communicate complex prints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and direct a solid commitment to safety.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in electric transmission and distribution line work.
• Direct line workers in energized line installations and load transfers.
• Coordinate emergency response and service restoration during storms.
• Ensure conformance to work practices and safety standards.
• Coordinate equipment, tools, materials, and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments on scheduling and projects.
• Provide customer service at internal and external levels.
• Counsel employees and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train line employees in established practices and methods.
