Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum seven years' experience in operations and/or project management with financial oversight.
• Minimum three years' direct people management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of utility industry policies, procedures, and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the work of the functional group and lead projects and initiatives.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the functional team and provide guidance.
• Develop and implement objectives, plans, policies, and resource allocation.
• Oversee transmission and distribution maintenance and expansion work.
• Provide implementation tools and feedback mechanisms for best practices.
