Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training with electrical worker certification or equivalent.
• 7 years in utility operations or related experience.
• Experience in operations, financial management and planning.
• Knowledge of electrical safety requirements.
• Knowledge of NERC standards.
• Proven management and staff supervision ability.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
