Job summary

The role directs planning, deployment of resources, and budget management while promoting a strong safety culture and customer-focused service delivery across PSE's network in Washington. This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic judgment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent and journeyman electrical certification.
• 7 years of utility/business operations experience.
• Ability to organize, plan, and supervise staff.
• Knowledge of safety standards for electrical workers and NERC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and manage operations for electric distribution and transmission.
• Oversee planning, deployment of resources and staffing.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Develop and manage department budget and service quality.
• Develop emergency response plans and procedures.
