Job summary

AWP Safety is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to serve as a trusted partner to operations across a designated region in the Midwest United States. You will drive safety leadership, coach leaders at all levels, and embed proactive EHS programs into daily operations.

This role emphasizes influential training and strong risk management practices. The position requires 5–8 years in EHS, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to travel ~50% to field sites.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in the EHS field.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field with 3 years of EHS related experience or HS Diploma with 5 years of EHS experience.
• EHS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety support to the Midwest United States Markets (OH, IN, IL, MI).
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Coach and mentor regional employees through the management system.
• Review incidents and participate in investigations and root cause analyses.
• Travel to branch locations and job sites on a regular basis.
