Job summary

AWP Safety is seeking an EHS Coordinator to deliver day-to-day safety support across the designated region. Responsibilities include coaching teams, developing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in EHS field.
  • Associates degree in EHS or related field required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Safety Engineering/Management.
  • OSHA orders/regulations knowledge is required.
  • Experience in root cause analyses and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily safety support to designated region.
  • Plan, assign tasks, coach and evaluate performance.
  • Maintain a positive team environment and drive performance.
  • Conduct site visits and manage safety programs regionally.
  • Review incidents and support investigations for root causes.
  • Mentor regional employees in safety management systems.
