AWP Safety is seeking an EHS Coordinator to deliver day-to-day safety support across the designated region. Responsibilities include coaching teams, developing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role involves frequent onsite work, regional visits, and mentorship within the safety management system. Requirements include 3–5 years in EHS, an associate degree (bachelors preferred), OSHA knowledge, and strong analytical skills for root cause investigations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS field.
• Associates degree in EHS or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Safety Engineering/Management.
• OSHA orders/regulations knowledge is required.
• Experience in root cause analyses and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety support to designated region.
• Plan, assign tasks, coach and evaluate performance.
• Maintain a positive team environment and drive performance.
• Conduct site visits and manage safety programs regionally.
• Review incidents and support investigations for root causes.
• Mentor regional employees in safety management systems.
