Job summary

AWP Safety, a leading safety partner in North America, seeks a Regional Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to partner with operations leaders. You will design and implement proactive EHS programs, drive safety culture, and coach leaders across a designated region to integrate safety into daily business operations.

You will build strong relationships with field teams, conduct audits, lead incident investigations, and support training initiatives while traveling to branch locations and job

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in the EHS field.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field with 3 years of EHS experience or HS Diploma with 5 years of EHS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily safety support across the Midwest US (OH, IN, IL, MI) with expansion.
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to support EHS management.
• Offer guidance in EHS programs to field, facility, and regional leadership.
• Maintain and update SOPs for safe work practices and equipment.
• Coach and mentor regional employees within the Management System.
• Review incidents and conduct field audits with corrective actions.
