Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead field-based safety programs across multiple locations in the United States. You will champion a learning-based safety culture, integrate HOP principles, and partner with operations to reduce risk and improve processes.

This role requires strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA, with travel across the region and a strategic focus on pSIFs, SIFs, and near-misses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership across multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA requirements.
• Experience with incident investigations and leading indicators.
• Ability to influence leaders with data and coaching.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS strategy and safety programs.
• Partner with operations to reduce risk and improve processes.
• Drive learning-based incident reviews and Just Culture.
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory inspections.
• Support emergency preparedness and business continuity.
