Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead field-based safety initiatives across multiple states from the Cleveland region. You will drive risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and a culture of learning with operational partners and centralized EHS teams.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, incident investigations, and leading indicators to transform safety performance while traveling within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience implementing system-based safety programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS strategy and risk reduction across branches and transportation.
• Partner with operations and centralized EHS resources to improve safety culture.
• Drive proactive risk identification, investigations, and learning from pSIFs/SIFs.
