Job summary

QXO in Dallas, TX region seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead EHS initiatives across Southeast Region, driving safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in operations and field teams.

The ideal candidate will influence at all levels, design and implement programs, conduct audits, and manage OSHA/EPA/DOT requirements while reporting to leadership. Travel approx. 50%.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading safety programs in manufacturing, construction, or distribution.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations and audits.
• Ability to influence teams and partner with operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs, develop policies and standards across the region.
• Design and deliver safety training for field and facility employees.
• Conduct facility and field EHS audits and manage corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, analyze metrics, and report to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and related regs.
