Job summary

QXO in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead EHS initiatives across the Southeast Region. You will drive a safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with operations to elevate standards and reduce risk.

The role requires strong communication, training, project management, and the ability to influence teams at all levels. Travel about 50% and CSP/ASP/CHST certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs, driving safety excellence across the Southeast region.
• Design, deliver, and support safety training for field and facility employees.
• Conduct comprehensive facility and field EHS audits and develop corrective action plans.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze trends, and report to senior leadership.
