Job summary

QXO is seeking a Regional Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager (LBM) to serve as a field-based safety leader, driving proactive risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and cultural change across assigned branches and transportation operations. Reporting to the Director of EHS, this role is essential to evolving to a system-based, learning-focused safety culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of progressive EHS leadership across multi-site operations.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA requirements.
Experience with incident investigations, risk assessments, and leading indicators.

Responsibilities

Drive proactive risk reduction, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformation across branch and transportation operations.
Lead learning-based reviews for near-misses and high-potential incidents with system improvements.
Coach site leaders on Just Culture and effective incident responses.
Manage digital EHS systems and shift focus to leading indicators.
