Job summary

QXO, a North America leader in insulation and building materials, is seeking a Regional Safety Manager for Colorado and Utah. You will lead proactive safety programs, drive risk reduction, and promote compliance across field operations.

We value strong communication, training capability, and strategic project management to achieve the goal of zero accidents. This role requires approximately 50% travel and reports to the Corporate Health & Safety Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to safety or engineering.
• CSP/ASP/CHST certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in construction/industrial settings.
• Experience with OSHA/ EPA/ DOT regulations across transportation, construction, or warehousing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS programs and field audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement safety training programs and corrective actions.
• Investigate injuries/incidents; perform root cause analyses and preventive actions.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, DOT and corporate safety policies and regulations.
• Prepare and submit safety reports and regulatory documentation as required.
