Job summary

QXO is hiring an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager – Field Operations to partner with field leaders and operations teams across 60–70 sites. This role requires extensive travel to evaluate jobsite conditions, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement of EHS programs and standards.

You will promote a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and help teams safely execute work while achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead field safety leadership across framing, construction, installation, and field ops.
• Travel 60–75% to conduct site visits, safety assessments, and coaching.
• Ensure consistent implementation of EHS policies and standards across sites.
• Coach field leaders on risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead or support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and engagement activities.
