Job summary
The Sunshine House, Inc. is seeking a Regional Education Quality & Coaching Manager to lead education coaches, partner with center and regional operations, and drive measurable improvements in early childhood learning experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with demonstrated early childhood content expertise.
- At least five years in licensed early care with classroom instruction and at least two years coaching adults.
- Understanding of center operations, licensing readiness, and data-informed improvement.
