Job summary

The Sunshine House is seeking a Regional Education Quality & Coaching Manager to lead Education Coaches, partner with center and regional leaders, and drive measurable improvements in early childhood learning. This field-based role focuses on data-informed coaching, professional learning, and quality-improvement cycles to build adult capacity for strong teaching across infants to school-age children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with demonstrated early childhood content expertise.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in licensed early care and education.
• Experience leading, managing, or coaching adults for at least two years.
• Understanding of center operations (staffing, scheduling, licensing readiness, enrollment) and effective practice for birth through age five.
• Ability to conduct objective observations, facilitate professional learning, provide constructive coaching, manage multiple deadlines, and use common digital productivity and data tools.
• Willingness to meet background screening, travel and other job-related conditions as required by law.
