Job summary

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy seeks a Regional Education Manager to lead field-based coaching and quality-improvement across centers. You will develop Education Coaches, partner with center and regional leaders, and drive data-informed practice to improve teaching for infants through school-age children.

You'll guide professional learning, manage multi-site projects, and sustain high-quality early childhood experiences while ensuring regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Early Childhood Administration, or related field.
• At least five years in licensed early care and education with classroom instruction and two years coaching adults.
• Understanding center operations (staffing, ratios, licensing, enrollment, director duties) and best practices birth to age five.
• Led multi-step improvement efforts, used data to inform decisions, and tracked action plans.
• Observe objectively, facilitate professional learning, coach, manage deadlines, and use common digital tools.
• Meet background screening, travel, driving and other job-related conditions.
