Job summary

The Sunshine House is seeking a Regional Education Quality & Coaching Manager to lead Education Coaches, partner with center and regional leaders, and drive measurable improvements in early childhood learning experiences. You will use data-informed problem solving, coaching, and professional learning to build capacity for strong teaching across ages.

Responsibilities include developing coaches, guiding curriculum and practice, and coordinating with multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with content expertise.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in licensed early care and education.
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising adults.
• Understanding of center operations and licensing readiness.
