The role includes overseeing the Driver Training Curriculum, evaluating local trainers, and ensuring standardized instruction while supporting DOT compliance and incident investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Licensure: Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement and valid DOT Medical Card.
• LPG trainer endorsement (KS/AR/MO) required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent education.
• 2+ years CMV management and 3+ years risk management experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead Regional Training & Governance: oversee onboarding curriculum for 75–100 drivers.
• Manage Curriculum & Trainer leadership across regional rollout and audits.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct hands-on evaluations of operational skills.
• Lead driver certifications, retraining, and documentation to improve retention.
• Partner on DOT compliance, incident management, and audit readiness.
