Job summary

The American Red Cross in Tucson is seeking a Regional Donor Services Executive to lead donor recruitment, blood collections, and regional operations, driving cost-effective performance and high donor satisfaction. This role demands strategic leadership and strong collaboration across functions to deliver results in a dynamic environment.

You will manage a multi-level team, coordinate with executives, oversee budgets and staff development, and travel regionally to strengthen community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years in a dynamic operational environment with budget/P&L responsibility.
• Experience in matrix environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team.
• Regional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the region's operational plan to expand efficient collections and donor satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment plans and donor account oversight to meet system and patient needs.
• Manage department supervisors to enhance operations and reduce turnover.
• Lead process and quality improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with regional executives to engage the community and volunteers.
• Monitor budgets and performance to achieve cost-effective results.
