Job summary

American Red Cross in Tucson, AZ seeks a Regional Donor Services Executive to lead donor recruitment, blood collection operations, and regional strategies. You will partner with direct-to-donor, patient services, and site leadership to achieve cost-effective collections and high donor satisfaction.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in operations, 5+ years in management, strong communication, and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years experience in a dynamic operational environment with budget responsibility.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Travel: regional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the region's operational plan to expand efficient collections, reduce waste, improve quality, and satisfy donors and sponsors.
• Ensure execution of recruitment plans and account oversight supporting system and patient needs; monitor and improve operations.
• Oversee department managers/regions to achieve annual collection goals cost-effectively; develop staff per policies and contracts.
• Develop and monitor process and quality improvements; ensure compliance with directives and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Regional Executive to engage community and volunteers and act as the Red Cross face in the community.
• Monitor budgets and forecast results; take actions to achieve low-cost producer strategy.
• Provide leadership to reduce turnover and increase staff engagement; set objectives and develop teams.
