Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a strategic Recruitment leader to design and implement plans that support monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals. You will mentor volunteers, guide staff, and ensure efficient budgeting and scheduling across districts.

You will develop regional recruitment methodologies, align with directives, and monitor donor flow and customer service in collections operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with 3+ in supervision are required, with

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual collection goals.
• Assist management with budget planning and monitoring to optimize resources.
• Develop and maintain the regional recruitment calendar to meet goals.
• Plan recruitment methodologies with district leaders and oversee execution.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and staff training across the region.
• Monitor donor scheduling, donor flow and customer service within collections operations.
