Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a Doctor Recruitment Program Manager (East/West) to lead end-to-end hiring of specialist doctors across the region. This senior role drives regional execution of national recruitment strategies and pipelines to secure timely, high-quality hires.

The role is hands-on, acting as regional quarterback—sourcing, evaluating, and closing top candidates while coordinating with operations, onboarding, and engagement teams for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including physician, specialist, or executive-level recruiting; dental experience required.
• Proven success recruiting hard-to-hire, high-demand professionals across multi-market regions.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence clinicians, operators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own regional specialist doctor hiring outcomes from initial candidate engagement through signed agreement and start date.
• Actively source, recruit, interview, and close experienced doctors and residents within assigned markets.
• Partner with the Head of Specialty Doctor Recruitment on clinical vetting, specialty-specific assessment, and final hiring recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations and practice leadership to assess market fit, ramp-up feasibility, and long-term alignment.
• Work with the Head of Doctor Recruiting Programs to activate residency, military, referral, and experienced-doctor pipelines.
