The Director of Doctor Recruitment (Dental) is the senior recruiting leader responsible for building and leading Specialized Dental Partners’ (SDP) end-to-end doctor recruiting function nationwide. This role sets national recruiting strategy, standards, and priorities, and translates them into consistent, high-quality execution by leading the Regional Doctor Recruitment Managers.
The Director sets the bar and leads by example for how SDP recruits, coaches and develops regional leaders to personally engage on the organization’s highest-priority and most complex specialist searches. Success is measured by national hiring outcomes, the strength and development of the regional recruiting team, and the long‑term health of SDP’s specialist pipeline.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000 per year.
