Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Regional Manager to lead non-clinical operations across multiple dental offices, building strong teams and guiding revenue growth in the region. You will provide leadership to the operations managers and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

This role requires experience in multi-location management within healthcare or related industries, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and communicate effectively at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple locations in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; superior project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to draw valid conclusions; apply sound judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region.
• Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability to achieve same office sales growth.
• Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through outstanding group presentation skills.
• Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity.
