The Doctor Recruitment Program Manager (East / West) is a senior, results‑oriented recruiting leader responsible for driving the end‑to‑end hiring of specialist doctors across their assigned region at Specialized Dental Partners (SDP). This role owns regional execution—turning national recruitment strategy, programs, and pipelines into successful, timely, high‑quality specialist hires.
This is a hands‑on recruiting lead role, not a transactional coordinator. The Doctor Recruitment Manager acts as the regional quarterback—deeply involved in sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and closing top specialist candidates—while working cross‑functionally to ensure each hire is operationally sound, clinically aligned, and positioned for long‑term success.
The role is critical to achieving SDP’s growth plans and is measured by quality of hire, acceptance rates, time‑to‑fill, and post‑hire success.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 per year. At Specialized Dental Partners, its affiliates, related companies and independently owned supported clinical practices, we are committed to ensuring fair and equitable pay for all employees.
