Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan and potentially advance to a bakery GM role within the market. You’ll lead store operations, coach teams, and travel to support other bakeries as needed.

The role emphasizes early hours (as early as 3am), a strong emphasis on training, and eventual promotion to a GM position with responsibilities in inventory, scheduling, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification must be completed if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Lead management duties at home location and support other bakeries.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to teams.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Adapt to early hours with shifts starting as early as 3am.
