Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader who will participate in a targeted General Manager development plan. The role involves stepping in for General Managers, coaching teams, and gaining experience across multiple bakeries within the market.

Shifts start early, with coaching across locations to ensure quality and safety. Growth into a Bakery GM role is envisioned as development completes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, and ensure high-quality food and beverages.
• Learn restaurant administrative duties including inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and scheduling.
