Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader to participate in a General Manager development plan, with advancement to a bakery GM when available. You will lead daily operations at a home location and support other bakeries in the market.

Expect early starts (as early as 3am), coaching teams, and ensuring high-quality food and service while maintaining a safe, clean store environment. A strong leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Enduring leadership experience and ability to coach teams.
• Willingness to work early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at home location and support other bakeries in the market.
• Lead by example to ensure high-quality food and guest experience.
• Assist GM development and transition to General Manager when position opens.
