Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a District Shift Leader who will follow a GM development path and, after completion, advance to General Manager when a position is available. You will lead bakery teams, ensure quality service, and support other stores within the market as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
• Ability to work varied hours, including early hours.
• Pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Complete ServSafe Certification by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Support other bakeries in the market as needed.
• Develop future General Manager readiness and coach the team.
