Responsabilités

• Provide direction to general managers of 5-12 restaurants.
• Review P&L and operational compliance with standards.
• Select, hire, and train General Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Direct restaurant marketing activities in the local community.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints.
