Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Outlook and HRIS.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure food quality, safety, and consistency in prep, service, and presentation.
• Coach hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with urgency and care.
• Support a positive team culture through recognition and feedback.
• Assist in staffing, training, and onboarding of hourly team members.
• Partner with the General Manager to manage labor and scheduling within budget.
• Perform administrative tasks such as audits, safe counts, and incident reporting.
• Attend meetings and participate in training sessions.
• Recommend coaching and corrective actions with the General Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant.
