Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure food quality, safety, and consistency in preparation, service, and presentation.
• Model and coach hourly team members to deliver exceptional guest service and address guest concerns with urgency and care.
• Support a positive team culture through recognition, engagement, and ongoing feedback.
• Assist in staffing, training, and onboarding hourly team members using company-approved tools and processes.
• Partner with the General Manager to manage labor and scheduling within budgetary goals.
• Perform register audits, safe counts, fund reconciliation, and incident reporting.
• Attend and participate in restaurant, market, and training meetings and workshops.
• Recommend coaching and corrective actions with the General Manager.
