Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MIT responsibilities supporting store operations
• Coach and develop a 25+ employee team towards operational excellence
• Lead pre‑shift huddles and communicate goals and standards
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and labor cost controls
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of staff
• Monitor performance and drive sales, labor, and EBITDA targets
• Ensure food safety, quality, cleanliness and guest satisfaction
