Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC is seeking a dynamic regional sales/operations leader for the SoCal markets, based in Irvine, CA. You will monitor branch performance, forecast revenues, manage fleet and equipment requisitions, and collaborate with District Sales Managers to drive growth.

A background in construction equipment and strong leadership are required, with a culture focused on safety, people, and hands-on problem solving. Competitive salary and benefits accompany the role.

Competenze

• Five plus years of management experience preferred.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal skills and urgency.
• Fluency in English required; second language a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience with construction equipment preferred.

Mansioni

• Review reports to monitor regional and branch performance and develop action plans.
• Monitor fleet performance and review equipment requisitions.
• Prepare yearly business plan forecasting revenues, expenses, ROI, utilization, and branch growth.
• Collaborate with District Sales Managers to set goals and monitor performance.
• Identify growth opportunities in markets and verticals in line with company initiatives.
• Oversee development and maintenance of customers within the district.
• Manage overtime with Branch Managers to determine staffing needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
