Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC in Baldwin Park, CA seeks a District Manager to lead branch teams, drive profitability, and improve processes. You will oversee fleet management, service and maintenance, Inside Sales, logistics, and P/L while developing sales and expanding market share.

The role requires 5+ years of management experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English; a second language is a plus. A valid driver’s license and CPT/CSE Trainer Certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency.
• Possess exceptional sales and customer relation skills.
• Previous outside and/or inside sales experience is preferred.
• Five plus years of Management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction equipment is preferred; knowledge of trench equipment and application is preferred.
• Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Rental/Operations applications.
• Fluency in English is required; ability to speak a second language is a plus.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Possess or ability to obtain CPT/CSE Trainer Certification.
• Be able to frequently lift 25 lbs.; occasionally lift 50 lbs.; seldom lift 90 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Review daily, weekly and monthly reports to monitor region and branch performance and take corrective action with any deficiencies, including developing action plans.
• Monitor fleet performance; prepare and review equipment requisitions for additional equipment.
• Prepare yearly business plan forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization and overall branch growth.
• Work with District Sales Managers to establish performance goals and development plans for all sales personnel and monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities for growth in both markets and verticals in coordination with company initiatives.
• Oversee the development and/or maintenance of all customers within the District.
• Work with Branch Managers to manage overtime and determine when to add staff.
• Other duties as needed.
