Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a District Sales Leader to build and guide a high-performing team across the United States. You will coach Territory Business Managers, drive district plans, and lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, and health-system partners to grow revenue and improve patient access.

The role requires strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder relationship skills, with substantial travel and a focus on delivering market expansion and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of prior management or lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Experience influencing diverse stakeholders in healthcare ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and lead a high-performing district sales team.
• Coach Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans to expand market and revenue.
• Lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, health systems, pharmacies and diabetes education programs.
• Partner with field teams to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge.
• Utilize data and market insights to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
