Dexcom is seeking a District Manager to lead a high-performing district, build a culture of accountability, and deliver sustainable revenue growth. You will coach Territory Business Managers, develop district plans, and lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, and health systems partners.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs, Operations, Sales Training, and Commercial Leadership to execute growth strategies and enhance the customer

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team with accountability and growth.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead field execution with key healthcare stakeholders including endocrinology, primary care, and health systems.
• Partner with field teams to strengthen selling skills and deepen product/industry knowledge.
• Leverage data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive execution against objectives.
