Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple store locations and businesses, including Retail, Rental, Custom, and Tailoring, with a focus on delivering a Legendary customer experience.

The RM will build high-performing teams, analyze performance metrics, and partner with Store Managers to drive sales, profitability, and store standards while residing in the Greater Denver Area near a major airport. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience successfully leading retail teams or equivalent.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional store teams across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring.
• Achieve regional business plans including sales and profitability.
• Analyze key metrics and train store managers on store reporting.
• Develop and implement regional strategy to maximize sales and drive consistent performance across all stores.
• Oversee budgeting and demographic/real estate insights.
• Ensure stores are customer-ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Travel is required.
