Qualifications

• 3–5 years district manager experience in specialty retail.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate others.
• Proficiency with email, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive district sales, profitability, shrink, payroll and staffing.
• Implement the MOD program and DSW service model.
• Analyze daily to monthly results and store visits to boost performance.
• Lead and develop Store Managers and Merchandising/Operations teams.
• Ensure merchandising and operational standards are executed.
