Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading retail teams or equivalent.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets clear expectations for store leadership and holds teams accountable to drive results.
• Analyses key metrics and trains store managers to use reporting to evaluate performance.
• Develops district/region strategy to maximize sales and drive consistent performance.
