Everyday Coffee Company, in partnership with Dunkin, is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations across a broad Texas footprint. You will open new stores, drive operational excellence, and build high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel up to 70% of the time. Competitive salary and 20% bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, QSR or Dunkin' a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and oversee multiple operation zones.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams.
• Ensure brand standards, health & permit regulations, and safety protocols.
• Drive sales growth through local marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements.
• Analyze performance data and develop action plans to close gaps.
