Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 stores, driving performance, customer service, and safety standards. You’ll lead hiring, training, and development while ensuring each location meets financial and service targets across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and technical tire knowledge. Travel and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience.
• Strong tire and tire-related service knowledge desirable.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store staff.
• Drive EBITDAR, sales, and customer service targets across 8–12 stores.
• Maintain safe, compliant environments for employees and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Coach store managers to support development and career progression.
