Big Brand Tire & Service seeks a District Manager to lead 8–12 store locations, executing company initiatives and driving financial performance while developing high-performing teams.

You will oversee hiring, training, and performance management, ensuring safety, customer service, and operational efficiency across all stores. Travel and on-site presence are required to meet targets and grow careers within the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales, including management.
• Strong knowledge of tires and tire-related services.
• Experience training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Google Suite.
• Comfortable presenting to small/medium groups.
• Willing to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee 8–12 store locations and execute company initiatives.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store staff.
• Drive EBITDAR, sales, and customer service targets.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management and efficiency across all stores.
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members for development.
