Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations and drive financial performance and team development. You will lead hiring, training, and operational efficiency while ensuring safety and superior customer service.

Required are 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience, plus strong tire knowledge and leadership abilities. Travel and on-site presence are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff
• Drive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression
