Big Brand Tire & Service in Knoxville, TN is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, drive financial performance, and develop high-performing teams while upholding customer service and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Willingness to travel and spend time on-site is expected; competitive salary plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff.
• Drive achievement of EBITDAR, sales, and customer service targets.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression.
