Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service seeks an experienced District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, driving financial performance and team development. You will lead hiring, training, and performance management while ensuring top customer service and safety standards.

You will drive EBITDAR, sales and service metrics, manage inventory, and mentor store leaders to build a high-performing network across California. Regular travel and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair and retail sales management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires and related services.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication and integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel and spend significant time on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to identify improvement areas.
• Lead hiring, training and performance management of store staff.
• Drive targets for EBITDAR, sales and customer service metrics.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely, professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management and cross-store operational efficiency.
• Coach and mentor store managers and teams for development.
