Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service seeks a District Manager to oversee 8–12 store locations, driving financial performance and leading high-performing teams. You will ensure efficient operations, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service across the district.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and guiding store-level staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relations while traveling regularly to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires and related services and mechanical repairs.
• Proven leadership skills in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Comfortable presenting to small/medium groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff
• Drive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression
